TERMS OF TRADE

  • Fees are charged on a ’per term’ basis.
  • Payment must be made in full, and is due before the classes start (or the date on the invoice)
  • Bookings are essential and spaces are only secured with payment.
  • A $50 booking fee will be charged if an enrolment is cancelled after the lesson is confirmed and invoiced.
  • No refund is possible if an enrolment is cancelled after the term start date.
  • We do not refund or credit classes for sick or absent students.
  • We do not run classes on Public Holidays or Public Holiday weekends.
  • If our tutor is unable to teach e.g. illness then we will provide a relieving tutor to teach that lesson. If we are not able to provide a relieving tutor you will be advised of cancellation of the lesson and a credit will be applied to your account for the missed lesson.
  • All communication about your classes, shows, account and bookings is done via email.
  • We do not send out invoices by post unless requested.
  • At times Music House Ltd may photograph and/or video classes or performances which are used by Music House Ltd in our marketing, website and Facebook page.
  • Please ensure that we have your updated email address and that you can accept standard attachments.
