- Fees are charged on a ’per term’ basis.
- Payment must be made in full, and is due before the classes start (or the date on the invoice)
- Bookings are essential and spaces are only secured with payment
- We do not refund or credit classes for sick or absent students.
- We do not run classes on Public Holidays or Public Holiday weekends.
- If our tutor is unable to teach e.g. illness, you will be advised of cancellation of the lesson and a credit will be applied to your account for the missed lesson.
- All communication about your classes, shows, account and bookings is done via email.
- We do not send out invoices by post unless requested.
- At times Music House Ltd may photograph and/or video classes or performances which are used by Music House Ltd in our marketing, website, Facebook and Instagram page.
- Please ensure that we have your updated email address and that you can accept standard attachments.
